Option 3
Assisted Positive Input
Ventilation or A-PIV

The A-PIV system combines the dMEV and the PIV together. It’s used when a property is particularly draught proof, as is the case with so many new builds these days. It is also used when a room that is directly in contact with a direct moisture source, such as a bathroom or kitchen, is not off the main hall way. What this system does is push clean, fresh air into the room with the PIV and then slowly extract it with the dMEV part of the system. This creates continues flow of air into and out of the room. This system is particularly effective if your home is suffering from severe condensation.
